1 bunch kale, washed, dried and checked for bugs
Optional: Nutritional Yeast
- Tear kale into medium-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Toss to coat
- Spread kale pieces in a single layer over a cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast if desired.
- Bake at 300 Degrees until crispy.
