Kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch kale, washed, dried and checked for bugs

Olive Oil

Salt

Optional: Nutritional Yeast

  1.  Tear kale into medium-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.  Toss to coat
  3. Spread kale pieces in a single layer over a cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast if desired.
  5. Bake at 300 Degrees until crispy.
