1 bag cole slaw mix
1 Cup low-fat mayonnaise
¼ Cup red wine vinegar
½ a lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
- Empty cole slaw mix into a large bowl.
- Combine mayo, vinegar and lemon and pour over cole slaw mix. Toss thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
