Creamy Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

1 bag cole slaw mix

1 Cup low-fat mayonnaise

¼ Cup red wine vinegar

½ a lemon, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

 

  1.  Empty cole slaw mix into a large bowl.
  2. Combine mayo, vinegar and lemon and pour over cole slaw mix.  Toss thoroughly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.  Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
