These wraps can be served as part of Shabbos lunch or with a vegetable soup for a nice, light dinner on a weeknight.


1 package whole wheat wraps (tortillas)

Filling #1:

Deli mustard

Smoked turkey slices

Turkey pastrami slices

Creamy Cole Slaw (see salads)

Medium dill pickles, thinly sliced

Filling #2

Low-fat mayonnaise

Smoked turkey slices or grilled chicken breast (store bought) cut into strips or cubes

Grape tomatoes, sliced

1 Avocado, thinly sliced

  1.  Spread mayonnaise or mustard over the whole wrap.
  2. Place the turkey or chicken down the middle.
  3. Top with the rest of the fillings.
  4. Roll up and serve stacked on a plate or alongside a bowl of soup.
